How to top up your eSIM

A top-up adds data to the eSIM that is already installed on your phone. You don't get a new QR code and you don't reinstall anything.

From your order page

  1. Sign in the same way you did when you bought the eSIM.
  2. Open the order with the eSIM you want to top up.
  3. Under that eSIM, find the top-up section and choose a package. Each one shows its data, its days and its price.
  4. Choose how to pay (see below) and complete the payment.

If no packages appear, the top-up section says why: the eSIM has not been issued yet, it has expired, it was cancelled, the plan does not take top-ups, or the network is not offering any top-ups for it right now.

With your order code

If you paid in crypto and kept your order code, open your order on Find your order and use Add data. Choose a package and pay in crypto. Never send your order code to anyone, support included.

Without signing in

On Top up you only need the eSIM's ICCID, the number your phone shows for the eSIM. This works for eSIMs bought on silentsim.net.

Ways to pay

  • Card: you pay on a secure payment page and come back when it's done. Card payments start at $5.
  • Crypto: choose a coin and network, then send the exact amount shown before the request expires (30 minutes at most). An eSIM can have up to 3 crypto payment requests open at once.
  • Account balance: on your order page, if you are signed in. The top-up section shows how much of your balance can be used for eSIM data. A card top-up under $5 is charged $5, and the difference stays on your balance.

After you pay

The page confirms that the payment was received and that the data is being added. This usually takes a few minutes, and the eSIM's usage meter and Recent top-ups list update once it's done. You don't need to change any settings on your phone.

If the data has not arrived after a while, contact support with the eSIM's ICCID.
