Buying without an account (order code)

When you pay with crypto on SilentSIM, you get an order code: 16 letters and numbers, like ABCD-EFGH-JKMN-PQRS. You don't need an account, and an email address is optional.

Save your code

• The code is shown on the payment page. Copy it, or save it as a file.
• It opens your order and your eSIM from any device.
• If you didn't give an email, the code is the only way back to your order.
• Nobody can look up your code for you, including us. It can't be recovered or sent again.

Open your order later

1. Go to Find your order.
2. Enter your order code and open the order.
3. You'll see the payment status and, once your eSIM is ready, its QR code, install buttons, installation details and ICCID.

You can also add data from there: choose Add data, pick a package and pay in crypto.

Keep it private

• Anyone with your order code or your QR code can install your eSIM. Keep both to yourself.
• Never send your order code to anyone, support included. We will never ask for it.
• If a page asks you to contact support, share the order number shown at the top of your order page, the link to that page, or your eSIM's ICCID instead. None of them opens your order.

Lost your code?

• If you gave an email at checkout, sign in with that email to see the order in your account.
• You can still add data without the code: use Top up with your eSIM's ICCID, the number your phone shows for the eSIM.
• If you have no email on the order and no code, we can't open the order for you.

Paying by card instead

A card payment doesn't come with an order code. Your eSIM is sent to the email you gave at checkout, and you can sign in with that email to find the order.
