I can't find my QR code or installation details
Your QR code comes with manual installation details: an SM-DP+ address and an activation code. You can use either one to install. Where to find them depends on how you bought.
If you bought with your email or an account
- Look for an email with a subject like "Your … eSIM is ready to install". Check your spam, junk and promotions folders, and search your mailbox for "eSIM".
- Sign in to your account with the same email or sign-in method you used to buy, and open the order. The QR code, the Install on iPhone and Install on Android buttons, and the manual details are all there.
- If the order is not in your account, check that you signed in with the right email. If you think the email was mistyped at checkout, contact support with your order number.
If you bought with an order code
Your eSIM appears on your order page as soon as it is ready, with the QR code, install buttons and manual details.
- If you closed the page, choose Find order on silentsim.net and enter the order code you saved at checkout.
- If you also gave an email at checkout, we sent your eSIM to that address too.
- If you lost your order code and did not give an email, nobody can look the code up for you, including us. Keep it somewhere safe.
Never send your order code to anyone, including our support team, by chat or email. Anyone who has your order code or QR code can install your eSIM. If you need help with an order, contact support and share the link to your order page instead of the code.
If your eSIM is already installed, you can add data to it with its ICCID on the top-up page, without signing in or an order code.
Just paid?
Card payments are usually ready within minutes. Crypto payments are delivered after the payment is confirmed on the network, which can take a little longer. The order page refreshes on its own.
Tips
- You cannot scan a QR code shown on the same phone. Open it on another screen, use the install button on the phone, or enter the manual details.
- Keep your QR code private. Many QR codes can be installed only once.
Still cannot find it? Contact support.
