Which payment methods can I use?

The checkout always shows the ways you can pay for that order. Here is what SilentSIM offers.

Card

  • Credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, on a secure payment page run by our payment provider.
  • Depending on your device and browser, Apple Pay or Google Pay may also appear there.
  • Card payments start at $5.
  • Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app or by code (3-D Secure).

Crypto

  • Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20), USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20) and USDT on Tron (TRC-20).
  • The checkout lists only the coins and networks available right now. You send the exact amount shown, on the network shown, within 30 minutes.

Account balance

If you are signed in, you can pay for top-ups, and on some checkouts for new eSIMs, from your account balance. You add funds to it by card or crypto.

Prices and currency

Prices may be shown in your local currency as an estimate. The checkout shows the final amount and currency before you pay, and your bank may add its own exchange rate or fees.

Paying for a top-up

On your order page you can pay for a top-up with the methods above that SilentSIM offers. On the Top up page, without signing in, cards pay for packages of $5 or more.

If a payment fails, check your card details or try another method. If you were charged but have no eSIM or data, contact support before paying again.
